3 People Arrested During Narcotics Search Warrant

FOUR OAKS – Three people were arrested on felony drug charges following a narcotics search warrant. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office STAR team and Narcotics Division executed the warrant at an address in the 1700 block of Parkertown Road on Wednesday morning.

Agents said they found five different living quarters on the property including two RV’s and a barn.

Approximately two grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located.

Due to the condition of the property, the Town of Four Oaks building inspections responded. The two RV’s were condemned and the barn was ruled as unsafe.

Two children, ages 2 and 5, were removed from the address and placed in the custody of the Johnston County Department of Social Services, authorities said.

Andrew Don Hammons, age 38, of Parkertown Road, Four Oaks was charged with felony possession of methamphetamines and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Hammons was held on a $5,000 secured bond.

Kasey Marie Parker, age 35, of Parkertown Road, Four Oaks was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held on a $20,000 bond.

Samantha Kay Pate, age 31, of Oliver’s Grove Road, Four Oaks was charged with felony possession of methamphetamines and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Pate was held under a $10,000 secured bond at the Johnston County Detention Center.

  1. Should have waited until the weekend when you would have gotten more drugs. Thank God the kids are safe now and should not go back to that never ending problem at that residence

  3. Why did the Hammons man only get a $5000 bond? He will be right back on the street selling the drugs in no time.

  4. Are you kidding me? They were doing METH with YOUNG CHILDREN present and he gets a $5K bond? That right there is PRIVILEGED!

  5. It was her kids and she was under a $20,000 bond and had family that got her out. Nothing to do with privilege.

  6. If our government wasn’t making so much money off the drug trade then you wouldn’t have so many drugs out there and so many good people trash in their lives from being brain dead on drugs
