37-Year-Old Charged With Taking Indecent Liberties With Minor

WILLOW SPRING – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Willow Spring man following an investigation into alleged sexual misconduct involving a minor.

Jeremy Joseph Nixon, 37, of King Mackeral Court, was charged on Nov. 19 with a single felony count of taking indecent liberties with a minor. According to an arrest warrant the alleged offense occurred in July 2025.

Nixon was held on a $25,000 secured bond.
