5 Arrested In Clayton-Area Drug Investigation

Five people were arrested after narcotics agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at an address on Yogi Lane outside of Clayton Saturday night.

Badger-Clark-Mugshots-FINarcotics Captain A.C. Fish said the search warrant was the culmination of a lengthy undercover operation into the illegal sell of crack cocaine and other drugs.  One person captured at the scene had been wanted on outstanding warrants since 2009.

Dwight Whitfield Badger, 49, of the 500 block of Slate Top Road, Clayton was charged with multiple felony offenses and jailed under a $350,000 bond. 

Linwood Hinton Clark, 59, of the 100 block of Old Yogi Lane, Clayton was charged with numerous felony drug offenses including selling and delivering cocaine. Bail was set at $225,000.

Lewis Todd Riggsbee, 30, of the 100 block of Old Yogi Lane, Clayton was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver drugs among other charges. Riggsbee’s bond was set at $360,000.

Riggsbee-Foster-McNeil-Mugshots-FIJames Foster, 66, of the 500 block of Slate Top Road, Clayton was charged with felony possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $10,000.

Shamarh Mikale McNeil, 31, of the 300 block of Slate Top Road, Clayton had been wanted since 2009 on four felony drug charges. He was arrested Saturday night on an additional count of resisting an officer. His bond was set at $43,000.
