FOUR OAKS – Five Four Oaks area residents were arrested Saturday during a narcotics search warrant. Agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office narcotics division executed the warrant in the 1700 block of Parkertown Road, off Highway 301 South.
Captain Jeff Caldwell said the search warrant followed an undercover investigation. During the investigation agents determined the address was allegedly being used for the sell and distribution of methamphetamines.
James Leonard Parker, 53; Bobby Ray Parker, 58; and Debra Ann Burton, 45, all of Parkertown Road, Four Oaks; Joshua Stephen Fillinger, 42, of Strickland Street, Four Oaks and Samantha Kay Pate, 28, of Heath Road, Four Oaks were arrested.
James Parker was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined in the Johnston County Jail on a $30,000 secured bond.
Bobby Ray Parker was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver methamphetamines. Bail was set at $10,000.
Debra Burton was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was given a $10,000 secured bond.
Joshua Fillinger was held on a $10,000 bond charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance.
Samantha Pate was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Pate was jailed on a $10,000 secured bond.
