Five people were shot at a nightclub outside of Four Oaks early Sunday morning. The shooting happened at 2339 Strickland’s Crossroads Road off US701 South.
Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene just after 2:00am after five people were shot. Two of the victims were critically wounded. Three injuries were not life threatening.
Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Caldwell told WTSB News, “I strongly feel it is gang related.”
Caldwell said there was a disturbance at the location which led to shots being fired. As of Monday, no arrests had been made. Photos by JoCoFire.com
