Angier’s Turn To Honor The Best Of The Best

ANGIER – Tuesday night was Angier’s turn to recognize its outstanding residents when the Angier Chamber of Commerce hosted the 68th annual Awards Banquet outside at the Angier Depot. 


The 2023 R.H. Ellington Citizen of the Year was awarded to Jimmy Cook, pictured here holding his plaque. Cook is the project manager and Angier Public Works Director.
