Anthony Moss Takes Police Oath

Officer Anthony W. Moss has been sworn in as a member of the Smithfield Police Department. Officer Moss received his Oath from Mayor Andy Moore during the December 7th meeting of the Smithfield Town Council.

Moss has seven years of law enforcement experience. He also served in the United States Marine Corps. 

He will fill an existing vacancy on the police force.
