The Johnston County School Board has filled two vacancies on the Advisory Council at River Dell Elementary.
This week the board appointed Heath Pinault and Carl Fishback to the council.
Pinault has worked over the past school year as the S.T.E.M. liaison. “I believe wholeheartedly that parental involvement is vital to our school’s success,” she wrote in an email. “I am willing to help support the River Dell PAC initiatives in every way possible.”
Fishback, a security liaison for the advisory council, said in an email, “I am very impressed with the progress that River Dell makes year after year and the role that the Advisory Council plays in the continued effort to improve our school. I am excited for the opportunity to contribute to the progress of our school in an official capacity.”
Both Pinault and Fishback will serve a three year term.
