Archer Lodge Mayor Declares State of Emergency

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Town of Archer Lodge Mayor Matthew Mulhollem has declared a State of Emergency.

“In consultation with health care professionals and based upon guidance from the CDC and NCDHHS, arrangements must be made immediately to take such actions as are deemed necessary and appropriate to ensure that COVID-19 remains controlled and that residents and visitors in Johnston County and the Town of Archer Lodge will remain safe in secure,” Mayor Mulhollem stated in the declaration.

The Town has updated their website home page to assist citizens regarding COVID-19

The Town Hall is open, but staff offices are closed to the public since we have a lobby area that is contained, according to Town Clerk Kim Batten.

In addition, Town Hall hours have been adjusted. New office hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. The Town Hall will be closed on Friday’s.
