A 22 year-old man has been arrested for the alleged sexual assault two children.
Authorities were contacted on February 5th regarding inappropriate activity between the 22 year-old suspect and two 9 year-old girls. The suspect is from Wilson County however the incident allegedly took place in northeastern Wayne County.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said Corey Lee Kerr of Oscar Loop, Lucama was acquainted with the two victims.
Kerr was charged Monday with taking indecent liberties with a child. He was arrested without incident.
