Arrests Made Following Five Month Narcotics Investigation

FOUR OAKS – A five month undercover investigation by detectives with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division led to the execution of a search warrant and the arrests of two people.  The search warrant was conducted on August 13th.

Michael David Ray, 48, and Phyllis Keene Woodall, of the 200 block of Keen Road, Four Oaks are both facing six felony drug related charges.

Ray and Woodall are accused of selling methamphetamines out of a home in the 5100 block of Highway 96 South.

Each suspect was charged with four counts of the sell and deliver of a controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance.  They were both confined in the Johnston County Jail on a $100,000 secured bond.
