Investigators were able to use security camera video to identify two suspects charged with breaking into a work truck and trailer last month at a Johnston County business. The theft happened on October 17th at Cleveland Road Super Storage at 11035 Cleveland Road.
The victim parked his truck and trailer at the facility. When he returned he discovered $1,100 in landscaping tools and equipment had been stolen. The items included a backpack blower, weedeater, edger, gas can and shovel.
Ezra Paul Weiss, 39, of Ballentine Street, Fuquay Varina and Nicholas Keith Payne, 29, of Pecan Lane, Garner are now charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny, felony conspiracy and possession of stolen property.
