SMITHFIELD – Police are investigating an attempted business break-in. An employee at US Cellular, located at 1285 N. Brightleaf Boulevard, reported the attempted break-in on July 23.
An unknown person reportedly caused minimal damage to an entry door during an attempt to gain entry.
The exact time of the incident remains under investigation by police.
