A Princeton man was taken to Wake Medical Center in Raleigh Thursday afternoon following an ATV accident on private property.
Emergency crews responded to the 6:22pm accident on Howell Road.
Authorities said Thomas Joseph Tyndall was riding an ATV in the yard of a home when it overturned on top of him. Injuries to the 55 year-old man were classified as minor.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident. Authorities announced Friday that no charges would be filed.
