Madelyn-Grace Herring, the 8 year-old daughter of Ericka Keen and Corby Herring of Benson competed in a national pageant last Saturday, April 22nd in Hartsville, South Carolina.
Madelyn-Grace won talent, photogenic, community service and was crowned the new 2017-2018 USA Elegant Young Miss National Queen.
She was awarded a 5-day cruise to the Bahamas as well as a trip to the 2017 Miss America pageant. She will be spending the year working on her platform, HOMES for the Homeless (Housing Opportunities for Mankind through Enrichment Services) and traveling throughout North and South Carolina.
