Benson Native Earns Juris Doctor Degree From Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, Campbell University

Jarred P. Lee of Benson has completed the Juris Doctor Degree at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, Campbell University in Raleigh.  An official graduation ceremony and conferring of degrees and hooding was held on May 11th in Raleigh.

Mr. Lee is the son of Curtis and Beth Lee of Benson and the grandson of Retha J. Lee and the late Julius W. Lee, Jr. and Herman Lee and the late Katie P. Lee, all of Benson.

He graduated from South Johnston High School in 2008 and earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2012. While at Campbell, he served as a legal extern for the Supreme Court of North Carolina and the North Carolina Department of Justice.  He currently resides in Raleigh.

This year’s graduation marked the fortieth commencement for Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.  During the May 11th ceremony, 128 Juris Doctor degrees were conferred for the 2017-2018 year. The Honorable Rod Rosenstein, the United States Deputy Attorney General, delivered the commencement speech.
