Benson Resident Facing Felony Charges

BENSON – A 49 year-old Benson man is facing serious felony drugs charges. Kevin Lamont Williams of W. Woodall Street, was arrested September 11 by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office narcotics division.

Agents said Williams sold crack cocaine to undercover officers on three separate occasions.

Williams was given a $180,000 bond on nine felony drug related offenses, according to arrest records.

    • The benson PD is a joke. They have been for as long as I can remember. I am only 35, but I graduated high school 17 years ago and remember how much of a joke they were then and it hasn’t gotten in better.

  1. So.. wait. Let me get this straight. Man sells crack to three undercover officers and is under a 180k bond. A different man molested a child, stole her childhood and replaced it with lifelong trauma , and he’s under a 50k bond????????? Like
    I’ve said time and time again…. it’s all about the money, baby.
