A 3.02 acre tract of land on Highway 42 West of Clayton was rezoned this month by Johnston County Commissioners.
Total Properties, LLC of Clayton requested approval to rezone the parcel at 3693 NC Highway 42 West from Agricultural Residential to General Business.
Dale Lands told commissioners he wants to relocate his family business to the site. No one spoke in opposition to the request.
Commissioners unanimously approved the rezoning request.
