FOUR OAKS – Deputies with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a break-in discovered Monday, February 13 at Smithfield Grain Inc., at 2917 Harper House Road, in the Bentonville community.
An employee arrived at work around 5:30am Monday and discovered someone had forced open a rear door and made their way inside. A total of $1,891 in tools and equipment was stolen, including saws, drills, and batteries. The break-in occurred sometime between Feb. 10th at 3:45pm and Feb. 13th at 5:30am.
