Campbell recently headed to Smithfield, playing a game with the Miracle League of Johnston County.
On Thursday, Oct. 8, the Camels split up into two teams, with each Campbell player paired up with a buddy, helping them play three full innings of baseball in front of a great crowd of friends, family and supporters.

The Miracle League was founded in 1998 in Georgia and has spread throughout the country with the mission of the organization being to provide opportunities for all children to play baseball regardless of their disability. Currently, there are more than 200 Miracle League sites across the country, including Puerto Rico.
