Buies Creek – Campbell completed its first scrimmage of its 2015 preseason camp Thursday at Barker-Lane Stadium in Buies Creek.
After a brief 7-on-7 period, the team moved to kickoffs, then the full 11-on-11 scrimmage.
The scrimmage was the first of two open scrimmages for the Camels during their 2015 camp. CU’s second scrimmage with coincide with the team’s annual Fan Fest next Thursday, August 20th. The scrimmage begins at 6 p.m., with a meet-the-team session following.
Campbell kicks off the 2015 season Thursday night, Sept. 3 against Pikeville College.
