Car Flips After Striking Front End Loader

Wilson’s Mills Police are investigating a collision between a car and front end loader.  The loader was part of construction equipment working on the Wilson’s Mills sewer project.

The loader operator was traveling on Fire Department Road Monday afternoon when a red Honda Civic attempted to pass.

The side of the Civic struck the bucket causing the small car to overturn.

There were no injuries but traffic had to be rerouted onto Powhatan Road until the accident could be cleared.
