CLAYTON – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two automobile thefts in the Clayton area.
Around 1:40am Thursday, someone stole a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack from a home on Shotwell Road.
Around 6:30pm Thursday, a 2006 Lexus was stolen while parked at a residence on Topwater Drive.
Authorities don’t have any evidence suggesting the two thefts are related. At last report the two stolen vehicles had not been recovered.
