Caught On Video: Car Break-In Suspect Wanted By Authorities

ARCHER LODGE – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office has released a surveillance video of a person wanted for several car break-ins.

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 5th, deputies responded to a suspicious person call in the area of Covered Bridge Road and Jensen Drive, not far from Thanksgiving Fire Road.

A white male wearing a black hat and bandana was spotted walking through backyards.

When deputies arrived on the scene the suspect could not be located. However, deputies found several vehicles had been broken into.

In the same area, deputies found a bike and several other items abandoned on Covered Bridge Road.

Johnston County deputies seized this bicycle the car break-in suspect was reportedly riding. Authorities hope someone will recognize the individual who owns this bike.
