A man and two children in his Jeep were injured after a work truck collided with their vehicleWednesday afternoon on US 70 at Wilson’s Mills Road in Wilson’s Mills.
The collision occurred just before 3:00pm. One of the children was seriously injured and rushed by ambulance to Wake Medical Center.
The man and the second child were also taken by ambulance to Wake Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the work truck was not hurt.
Johnston County EMS, Selma EMS, the Wilson’s Mills Fire Department and Wilson’s Mills Police Department responded to the scene. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by police. Photos by JoCoFire.com
