The Clayton Chamber of Commerce has recognized Ann Meigs as their January SUPER STAR Teacher of the Month. SUPER STAR teachers demonstrate excellence and leadership in their classroom, creativity and motivation of their students and show a high level of commitment to our community.
Meigs has helped many students become better Choral students and performers. Her students readily progress from beginner to intermediate to advanced. She is known for directing outstanding shows that the entire community can enjoy.
Meigs is the leader of the Fine Arts Dept. at Clayton High School. She is also active with the Clayton Youth Theater and devotes countless hours teaching youth the importance of the arts.
