A Clayton man was arrested at his home on Tuesday on charges he sold cocaine to an undercover agent with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division.
Javante Burns, 23, of the 1400 block of Castleberry Road was arrested on six criminal charges. Burns had been the focus of a two month undercover investigation, according to Tammy Amaon, Public Information Officer, with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
Burns charges include the felony sell of cocaine, felony delivery of cocaine and felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine. He was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $10,000 bond.
