A 25 year-old Clayton man is facing charges following the theft of a vehicle last Saturday.
A resident on Vinson Road reported their work truck was stolen from the driveway of their home. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday the arrest of Ethan Jeffrey T. Huff of Deer Flag Lane.
Huff was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle.
Huff was also charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, forgery, and uttering a forged endorsement following an unrelated incident in July where he reportedly forged and cashed a $400 check. He was incarcerated in the Johnston County Jail under a $50,000 bond on the charges.
