Governor Roy Cooper announced Tuesday the appointment of Carla L. West of Clayton to the North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities.
West will represent the Department of Health and Human Services. West is a Senior Director for Economic Security at the NC Department of Health and Human Services, where she oversees programs such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Food and Nutrition Services (FNS).
