On Monday, members of the Johnston County Marine Corps League Carry-On Detachment presented a Good Business Award to Novo Nordisk on Powhatan Road in Clayton.

Novo Nordisk in Clayton has been opened since 1996 and has continuously flown the American Flag. They has also opened their doors for employment to Veterans of Johnston County and surrounding areas and shown their support to the men and women who have served our country.
By continuously displaying the American Flag, the group of Marines told Novo Nordisk officials, “You honor the struggle for independence and the sacrifices of brave men and women who have fought and died to defend those Stars and Stripes.”
