PINE LEVEL – Four people were injured, one seriously, in a four car collision around Noon today (Tuesday) on Highway 70 East at Braswell Road.
Reports indicate a vehicle pulled from a stop sign directly into the path of an oncoming car. A total of four cars were involved in the crash.

A construction crew working nearby, including a former Meadow Fire Department firefighter, heard the crash and ran to the wreck scene. They broke out the window of a car and assisted an unconscious 17 year-old until first responders arrived.
Multiple EMS units and state troopers responded.
