The Clayton Chamber of Commerce has named Ms Ebony Wall at Cooper Academy as the January SUPER STAR Teacher of the Month.
SUPER STAR teachers demonstrate excellence and leadership in their classroom, creativity and motivation of their students and show a high level of commitment to our community.
Ms Wall is described as enthusiastic, positive, respectful and loved. She is a master teacher that challenges her students and shares effective teaching methods with her coworkers. Ms Wall utilizes instructional technology, 21stcentury skills, and hands on instruction. She always connects her lessons to relevant subject matter to ensure active student engagement. Ms Wall leads the school wide Friday Morning Meeting at Cooper Academy and a leader in her professional learning community. She is adored by her students and is always in search of ways to better her teaching methods and empower her students.
