Local authorities are looking for a real-life big bad wolf who stole three little pigs from a Johnston County farm over-the-weekend.
Officials said the three pigs were on the DG Herring Swine Farm on Harper House Road in the Bentonville community when they were stolen.
The theft occurred sometime between 5:00pm Saturday and 1:15pm Sunday.
The pigs were valued at $200 each.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office has assigned a detective to the case. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call detectives at 919-989-5000. Callers can remain anonymous.
