A Smithfield woman is accused of using her elderly mother’s financial card to make unauthorized cash withdrawals.
Jennifer Elaine Williams, 45, of the 1700 block of Cleveland Road, was arrested Wednesday. Williams allegedly used her 68 year-old mother’s debit card twice to withdraw $40 and $20 from an ATM.
Williams was charged by Johnston County deputies with financial card fraud. Bail was set at $1,000.
