  1. I don’t believe for one minute this man was trying to rob this store read the other article and it didn’t release the name of person but today we release the name and this man would not have been there trying to rob the man working there I’m sorry but the police need to do some more work here! Maybe Waylon was talking a little sh*t but robbing this store he is to scared he had paranoia schizophrenia Lay lay lay he would never work the nerve up to have done that at all!! Police need to dig a little deeper that story isn’t adding up or maybe they are lazy and know it but don’t feel like doing more work than they have to!! Bc he wasn’t no one important to them!! Rip Waylon Brown!! You will be missed friend! ❤️🕊️

  2. Waylon definitely didn’t deserve to go out this way. He had his faults as we all do but he would not have been robbing the store. Talking crap is more like him but known him along time personally and this was not how he should have been treated. And even his past troubles, he still deserves a little more investigation than this. This is ridiculous! RIP man. 💔😥

  3. I do not know any of the people involved but I do know gun safety and based on what has been in the news reports I feel the shooter absolutely did not follow the safety rules of using/owning a fire arm. He should be charged.

  4. It’s amazing how all the commenters on here haven’t been hired by the FBI since they can solve a case by reading a few words on the internet.

  5. Huh? What? Isn’t it strange that someone who might of been talking poop and acting in a threatening manner…got shot? The obvious truth is ..if he wasn’t there, doing whatever he was doing, he would not have been shot. This country is tense folks and people are on edge with all the unbelievable acts of random violence that have been committed lately. Some folks handle someone’s efforts to intimidate well and some do not. I’m not going to gamble interacting with strangers. I’m not going to act aggressively, curse, swing my fist in the air toward a stranger who has no where to run. Trapped behind a counter with the last story of someone getting killed in a store flashing like a billboard in his mind. He has thr right to protect himself from a perceived threat. If he believed his life was in danger, then he had to shoot. Doesn’t matter what anyone here says as we do not know the exact story on both sides.

  6. He was talking poop, and trying to steal customers cars. But we was no immediate threat, nor did he want to cause serious injury to anyone. In fact he was running out of the store when he was shot in the back and neck. Shooter should be charged and held accountable due to this. Regardless of the victims past, he was not a life threat to anyone, and therefore should not have been shot by a mouthy store clerk. There are several stores/lies about what happened but I personally have seen the surveillance video and Waylon should not have been shot. Sheriffs’ office is dragging tail.
