A drive by shooting that left a home and car riddled with bullets is under investigation.
The shooting was reported at 10:36pm Friday on Majestic Lane off Lee Road outside of Clayton.
The 49 year-old victim said someone fired multiple rounds from a gun into her home and car.
Johnston County deputies said the residence was shot multiple times and an Infiniti passenger car in the driveway sustained a shattered window and flat tire.
Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Caldwell said detectives are investigating the shooting which does not appear to be random. Officers are also following up on several leads. No injuries were reported.
