Drive-By Shooting Reported In Princeton

A Princeton home and car were riddled with bullets following a drive-by shooting Tuesday morning.

The shooting happened just after 7:00am in the 3100 block of Massey Holt Road. 

Three people were inside the home, including a 76 year-old man, when bullets struck the home and a car parked outside the residence. 

After hearing the gunfire, the victims reportedly hearing a car speed away from the area.

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting incident and did recover some evidence from the scene.  No injuries were reported.
