A driver fled on foot from the scene of a two car accident Sunday night. Around 9:20pm, a white pickup and black car collided at the intersection of Rock Pillar Road and Little Creek Church Road between Clayton and Wilson’s Mills.
Reports indicate the driver of the white truck fled on foot after the crash.
Several deputies, a Johnston County Sheriff’s Office K-9, and state troopers responded to the scene but could not locate the driver.
However, officers found the suspects identification in the vehicle and charges are pending.
