A Selma woman was briefly without her vehicle this weekend after someone stole the fuel pump off her SUV.
Saturday morning, the 53 year-old woman was visiting a home on E. Dundee Street in Smithfield. When she tried to leave about 2 hours later her Chevy Tahoe would not start. It was determined that the fuel pump on her vehicle had been stolen while she was inside the home.
Smithfield Police are investigating the incident.
