Over 46 grams of marijuana, $672 in cash, two smoking pipes and oxycodone pills were seized by Smithfield Police during a search warrant.
Police searched an apartment on North Sussex Drive Sunday morning allegedly seizing the items.
Samuel Devon Lee, 47, and Kristin Andrews, 29, both of North Sussex Drive, were charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and felony maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance. Both suspects were booked into the Johnston County Jail under a $20,000 bond each.
