Dunn Police, Federal Agents Seize Fentanyl, Cocaine, $31,000
DUNN, N.C. – A vehicle pursuit in Dunn led investigators to a Fayetteville home where authorities seized fentanyl, cocaine, firearms and more than $31,000 in cash, according to the Dunn Police Department.
The investigation began following a vehicle pursuit in Dunn on Aug. 25.
The next day, Dunn Police, working with several state and federal agencies, served a search warrant at a residence on Hastings Drive in Fayetteville.
Authorities said the search turned up approximately 129 grams of fentanyl, 158 grams of cocaine, 54 Suboxone strips and 104 grams of marijuana.
Investigators also seized three firearms, drug manufacturing equipment including a hydraulic press, a Land Rover SUV and more than $31,000 in U.S. currency.
Antonio Langston was arrested and charged with multiple drug and weapons offenses.
The operation included assistance from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, N.C. State Bureau of Investigation and Fayetteville Police Department.
Dunn Police said the investigation was part of ongoing efforts targeting illegal drug trafficking.
