Eagle Scout Recognized

Fisher Zade Pelli from Boy Scout Troop 33 of Clayton received the Eagle Scout Good Citizenship Award from the Johnston County Marine Corps League Carry-On Detachment 1236 during an Eagle Scout Ceremony on Saturday at Oakland Presbyterian Church on Cleveland Road. Fisher is the son of James and Sheryl Pelli.

He is a freshman at Cleveland High School where he is a member of the marching band. Fisher is also only a few Scouts in Johnston County who received the rank of Eagle Scout at age 14. He has held a leadership position as Troop Guide and is a member of the Order of the Arrow, the Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America.
