Early Voting Underway For 2020 Primary Election

One-stop early voting for the 2020 primary elections in Johnston County is underway.  Four early voting sites opened across Johnston County this morning (Thursday).  Turnout was very light this morning but is anticipated to increase as the March 3rd primary election date approaches.

The four one-stop early voting locations are: First Baptist Church Ministry Center, 125 S. Fourth Street, Smithfield; The Church at Clayton Crossing, 11407 US 70 Business Highway West, Clayton; Archer Lodge Community Center, 14009 Buffalo Road, Clayton; and Providence Presbyterian Church, 14664 NC 210 Highway, Angier.

The sites will be open February 13th through February 29th. Monday through Friday hours are 8:00am until 7:30pm. Saturday, February 22nd and 29th hours are 8:00am until 3:00pm.  The sites are closed on Sunday.
