A 10 year-old student will not face any charges following an incident on a school bus last Thursday.
JoCoReport.com has learned the child reportedly brought a knife onto their school bus and used the knife to damage a bus seat while headed to West Clayton Elementary School.
West Clayton school officials notified authorities and the child’s parents, who agreed to pay for the damage.
Even though no criminal charges will be filed in juvenile court, Johnston County Public Schools could still take disciplinary action against the youth.
