Expired: Ex-Girlfriend Charged With Burglary, Sending Sexually Explicit Texts

A Harnett County woman has been arrested on felony charges after she allegedly broke into a Johnston County home and then texted sexually explicit photos of her former boyfriend to his new girlfriend.

Around 1:20am Sunday, April 9th, a burglary was reported at the Bell Hope Mobile Home Park on Swift Creek Road outside of Smithfield.

Deputies said 20 year-old Allysia Maria Lopez of Angier was the person who broke into the home which was occupied by her former boyfriend and his current girlfriend.  Lopez is also accused of sending explicit photos to the woman.  During the break-in $150 in cash was also reported stolen.

Lopez was charged with first degree burglary and disseminating obscenities.   She was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $50,000 bond.

No injuries were reported during the break-in.
