Father, Daughter Hurt After ATV Flips

JOHNSTON COUNTY — Two people were injured Saturday night when an all-terrain vehicle overturned on private property.

The accident occurred around 10 p.m. Dec. 20 on Eatmon Road, south of Zebulon, in northern Johnston County.

According to officials, a 55-year-old man and his 25-year-old daughter were riding together on the ATV when it flipped over. The woman was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.

Her father also suffered injuries but declined transport to the hospital.
