Fire Truck Involved In Collision

FOUR OAKS – A Four Oaks Fire Department emergency vehicle was involved in a traffic collision.

The two vehicle accident, involving a fire engine and gray passenger car, occurred around 6:15 p.m. Saturday on Keen Road at Keen Street in the Four Oaks city limits.

Two people in the passenger car were seen walking from their vehicle into a Johnston County EMS ambulance.

There was obvious damage to the passenger side of the car and the front left bumper of the fire truck.

Four Oaks Police are investigating the accident.
