Firearms Stolen During Home Break-In

PRINCETON – Several firearms were stolen during a residential break-in near Princeton.

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the break-in discovered Saturday, May 28 in the 7100 block of Princeton-Kenly Road. The homeowner said the theft happened sometime while they were away between 8:00am and 7:50pm.

The suspect or suspects kicked in the front door and stole six shotguns, two rifles, 46 inch flat screen TV, and a small safe. The items were valued at $6,350.
