Five people were hurt including one person was seriously injured following a head on collision Sunday night. The crash happened on US 70 just west of Guy Road between Clayton and Garner.
Two pickup trucks collided head on. The injured were transported to Wake Medical Center for treatment.
Wake County EMS, Garner Fire Department, and the NC Highway Patrol responded. A section of US 70 was shut down until the wreckage was cleared from the scene. Photos courtesy JoCoFire.com
