Kurt Bienias, Parks and Recreation Director at Flowers Plantation, was a guest on WTSB Radio Thursday. Coach Kurt invited all WTSB listeners to the “Health and Fitness Expo” on Saturday January 14 from 10am – 2pm. This event is for the entire family and is free.
There will be over 50 vendors, competitions, a blood drive, food trucks, massage demonstrations, and free giveaways for all who attend. For a fee, there will also be helicopter rides over the area.
The event location is 120 Flowers Parkway, Clayton near the intersection of Highway 42 East and Buffalo Road.
Coach Kurt said the Health Expo gets bigger and better every year and is how Flowers Plantation can give back to the community.
